Movement is a balm for the human condition.
It's no secret that my heart has been hurting. I know it’s a tough pain to swallow, but I truly believe that every heartache, every pain, every unimaginable, unbearable experience is teaching us about our fears and bringing us closer to ourselves. This is why having a foundation of tending to yourself is so important. It's not about never having hard days or never doubting yourself. It's about having tools to return to when things feel dark. It's about having something steady to anchor you when the waves hit.
This class will be able to support that.
Drawn from the wellspring of love, grief, courage, bravery, compassion, and the resounding kindness that echoes through.
We will create a somatic symphony in the body that, when accessed through music, movement, and vocal release, supports the freeing up of energies that leave us feeling stuck.
This 90 minute Mandala Vinyasa Yoga session will be a blend of creative and dynamic sequencing, followed by a beautiful journey into stillness and softness.
Prepare to sweat, shake, and let it be a return to self.
My highest hope is that you will leave feeling regulated, connected and whole - with strength in your body and discernment in your heart.

Where is the workshop being held?
2nd floor, Wellington Mill, Duke Street, Manchester M3 4NF
INTERCOM: 201 or select SPACE AT THE MILL from the list.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Please bring your own mat and any props you may need. There will be no spare mats available.
What to bring
Yoga Mat (there will be no spare mats available)
Water
Limited Belongings (there will be an area to store bags but to ensure easy access in and out of the class,
it’s always best to limit the amount of personal items you have with you)
What to wear
Comfortable activewear
What if I've never practiced yoga before?
Some level of athleticism and knowledge should be required.
Each student is to listen to their bodies and work at their own pace.
Do I need to sign a waiver
By taking part in this class you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your health.
Any injury or damage caused by practicing is at your liability.
Acknowledgment and License
